Miss Hubertushaus 2010
Samantha Koreck
Samantha is our first ‘fourth generation’ Miss Hubertushaus. She is the daughter of Rob and Patti Koreck and Erika and Al Tribal; she is the granddaughter of Honorary Member Herb and Dora Koreck and the Great Granddaughter of Past President Otto and Elsie Uniewski.
Samantha is currently attending Sheridan College for Practical Nursing. She will continue her studies in the fall and will be upgrading her practical nursing diploma to a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing, to become a registered nurse. From there, she hopes to continue her education and become a nurse practitioner.
Sam is very excited about representing the club throughout her reign this year. She looks forward to sharing her culture with others, and attending all of the functions at the club. Sam has also been warned by many of the previous misses about the week of Oktoberfest – she plans to get as much sleep as possible now, because come October, there will be little opportunity for it!
